QuickLearner Application Submission Guide
The application process is the essential first step toward creating your Student Account and is completed in multiple stages, beginning with email verification.
Step 1: Account Creation & Email Verification
- Start Sign-up: Navigate to the sign-up page (
/send-otp). - Submit Email: Provide a valid email address and submit it.
- Receive OTP: You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) via email. (Note: This OTP is valid for only 5 minutes.)
- Verify OTP: Navigate to the verification page (
/verify-otp), enter the 6-digit OTP, and submit to proceed.
Step 2: Data Upload and Details (3 Stages)
Upon successful email verification, you will be directed to the data upload stage (/data-upload) to complete a three-part form.
Stage 1: User Type
- Email: This field is pre-selected as it has already been verified.
- Select Type: You must choose the user type, which is currently Student.
- Action: Click NEXT to proceed.
Stage 2: User Details
- Name: This field is **REQUIRED**.
- Contact No.: Optional (must be 10 digits).
- Address: Optional.
- Description (Desc): Optional.
- Select Institution: This is an Optional selection. Choose your institution if you wish to share your exam results with them to aid in your exam preparation improvement.
- Action: Click NEXT to proceed.
Stage 3: Save Application
- Save: Click this button to Save Application.
Step 3: Review and Final Action
After saving, you will review your application and must choose one of the following final actions:
- SUBMIT: Your application is acknowledged. Account creation takes 24 to 48 hours after admin review. The student will receive a temporary password via email to log in.
- EDIT: Allows you to modify application details before final submission or deletion.
- DELETE: The application is removed. The email address used **cannot be used again** to submit a new application or create an account.
- Editing Restriction: Once the application is Submitted or Deleted, you can no longer edit the details.
- Reactivating a Deleted Application: If you wish to reactivate a deleted application, you must send a request to
support@quicklearner.in. This request must be sent from the same email address used to save the application and must mention your name. - Accessing Application Status: Students can re-access the application status by going through the initial sign-up steps again.
QuickLearner Student Account Login Guide
This section outlines how to access your QuickLearner account after your application has been approved and you have received your temporary password.
1. Standard Login Process
- Go to Login: Navigate to the main login page (
/login). - Enter Credentials:
- Use your email address (the one used for the application).
- Use your password (initially, the temporary password sent via email).
- Submit: Click submit.
- Access Dashboard: You will be successfully logged in and navigated to the Student Dashboard (
/student).
Once you successfully log in using the temporary password, it is highly recommended that you change it immediately to secure your account.
2. Forgot Password Procedure
If you cannot remember your current password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Initiate Reset: On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. This takes you to the reset page (
/forget-password). - Submit Email: Enter your email address and submit it.
- Receive OTP: A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Note: This OTP is valid for 5 minutes.
- Verify and Set New Password: You will be navigated to the verification page (
/reset-password).- Enter the 6-digit OTP you received.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Re-Login: Return to the login page (
/login) and log in using your email and the new password.
Student Dashboard Overview
Upon successful login, the student is granted access to the comprehensive Student Dashboard (/student).
The dashboard features a **Sidebar** which provides structured navigation to the following key sections:
- Account: This section is used to manage the student's personal information, settings, and profile details.
- Competitive Exam: This section provides access to specific preparation resources, materials, and updates for major competitive exams. This includes:
- i. NEET
- ii. JEE
- ...and other relevant exams.
- Payment: Here, the student can view their transaction history, manage subscriptions, and process any outstanding payments.
- Logout: This option allows the student to securely exit the QuickLearner Student Account.
Account Details Overview
This screen, found under the Account section of the Student Dashboard, displays the user's comprehensive profile information and provides essential account management tools.
Account Management Options
At the top of the details, the student has access to three key actions:
- Edit: Allows the student to modify changeable profile information, such as their Contact Number and Address.
- Change Password: Directs the student to a separate process to securely update their login credentials.
- Deactivate: Provides an option to temporarily close the student account.
Student Profile Information
The following core details are displayed for the student:
- Name: The full name provided during the application process.
- Email: The primary account login and communication address, which is typically marked as Verified.
- Contact No.: The 10-digit phone number provided.
- Student ID: A unique identifier assigned to the account by the system.
- Address: The current residential address on file.
Account Timestamps
The system tracks the account's history with the following dates and times:
- Created At: The date and time the student account was officially created.
- Last Updated: The date and time of the most recent change or update to the profile details.
Competitive Exam: NEET Section
In the Competitive Exam section of the sidebar, selecting NEET allows the student to view a list of all their published NEET exam results.
Each published exam result in the list includes an Action Button that provides three distinct options:
- Delete: Allows the student to remove the specific exam result from their records.
- Analysis: Directs the student to a detailed performance breakdown of the exam.
- Result Details: Allows the student to review the specifics of each question in the exam.
Result Functions
Analysis
When a student selects Analysis, they can access granular analytical data on their performance, broken down hierarchically:
- Subject-wise Performance: Overview of scores and performance in each subject (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
- Section-wise Performance: Breakdown of performance across different sections within a subject.
- Topic-wise Performance: Detailed look at mastery or weakness for specific topics.
The data presented includes:
- Count of Questions: The number of Correct, Wrong, and Not Attempted questions.
- Time Metrics: The average time taken by the student to solve problems in that specific category (subject, section, or topic).
Result Details
When a student selects Result Details, they can review the full examination paper alongside their responses:
- Question and Options: The complete text of the question and all provided options.
- User Answer (User Ans): The option the student selected.
- Correct Answer (Correct Ans): The official correct option for the question.
Payment Section Overview
The Payment section of the Student Dashboard provides all the necessary tools for managing plans, purchases, and order history.
This section offers two main functionalities:
- Plan Selection and Purchase: Students can browse available subscription or course plans, select the desired plan, and proceed with the purchase process.
- Order History: Students have access to a complete list of their payment transactions and orders. This list clearly displays the status of each transaction, allowing the user to review:
- Success List (or Successful Orders): Transactions that were completed successfully.
- Failed List (or Failed Orders): Transactions that were unsuccessful.
