By purchasing or accessing any mock exam or digital product from Quick Learner, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy for Digital Content

Since all our mock exams and study materials are delivered digitally and accessible instantly after purchase, Quick Learner operates under a **strict no-refund policy** once access has been granted.

Refunds will only be considered under the specific circumstances described in Section 2.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A full refund may be granted only if all the following conditions are met:

Technical Failure: You experienced a verified, complete technical issue that prevented you from accessing your purchased mock exam(s), and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days. (User-side issues such as weak internet connection, device malfunction, or browser problems are not covered.)
No Usage: You have not started, accessed, or downloaded any portion of the purchased mock exam(s) or related materials. (Usage is verified through system logs.)
Timeframe: You must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted in the following cases:

The user has started or viewed any portion of the mock exam.
The user expresses dissatisfaction with content quality, question type, or exam format.
The user purchased by mistake or changed their mind.
The user’s exam access period has expired.
The user no longer requires the mock exam due to personal reasons, exam date changes, or withdrawal from the actual test.

4. Cancellation by Quick Learner

Quick Learner reserves the right to cancel a user’s access and issue a full refund if:

Fraudulent payment activity or account misuse is detected.
There is a clear violation of our Terms of Use.

In such cases, refunds will be processed automatically.

5. How to Request a Refund or Compensation

To submit a refund or compensation request:

“Refund/Compensation Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”
Provide Details: Include your Full Name, Order Number, Purchase Date, and a clear explanation of the issue. If you believe the issue was caused by a technical failure on our platform, please attach genuine proof (such as screenshots, error logs, or payment confirmation) so our team can verify it.

Timeline: Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund or Compensation Processing

If your claim is verified as a genuine platform failure, Quick Learner will provide appropriate compensation or refund based on the situation. However, please note that Quick Learner’s services are generally non-refundable, and refunds are only issued in verified cases of platform failure that prevent access or completion of purchased mock exams.

If approved:

Your exam access may be revoked immediately.
The refund or compensation will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
